Start with WordPress, set it up on a web host for the most flexibility or get a free blog on WordPress.com.

6) I already have a site, but I am running a Content Management System other than WordPress. Can I switch without losing my existing content?
We can switch your website to WordPress if your current website is a CSS/XHTML based website or from any platform like TextPattern, MovableType. If you do not know what your Content Management System is, just send us the URL and we shall let you know.
7) What are the minimum requirements to host WordPress?
The minimum requirements to host WordPress are:
- PHP version 4.2 or greater
- MySQL version 4.0 or greater

You can get a customized theme (based on one of our original themes) for as low as $499. However, charges vary depending on the requirements of the design. Contact us for a quote. We are flexible in terms of meeting your deadlines and usually complete projects ranging from one day to one month, depending on the size and requirements of the projects.
9) Do you have separate charges for additional features like logos, graphics, site map, audio/videos, plugins?
No, the cost of all additional requirements like designing logos, graphics, web hosting, purchase of third-party images/software, etc., including designing and installation, will be included in the quote that you will be provided. Your own designs will be subject to an installation cost only.
10) Do you design with Flash?
Our team of designers believe in intelligent web design, which can be read by humans as well as machines. So, the answer is, “No’, as Flash is not good for SEO.
11) Will you make changes until I am satisfied?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. The more detailed your requirements are, the easier will it be for us to design your site better, co-ordinate and save time. We would make a few changes during the course of designing. However, we would limit ourselves to a couple of minor changes only upon completion of the project; any major changes would incur additional costs.
Examples: Changing font size, color are minor changes. Adding new pages/templates or new logos/images, changing layout are major changes. Please make sure you clarify your requirements beforehand to avoid any confusions.
12) Can I be refunded with my money if I am not fully satisfied?
No. You choose our services at your own accord. If you would like to discontinue our service in the middle of a project, you could do so, however there would be no returns on the amount already received. We hope you understand the value of the time and effort that goes into the service we provide.
13) How do I make payment?
PayPal payment is preferred, though we may accept checks or money orders in exceptional cases, at our own discretion. We shall send an invoice for half of the total amount to get started, and a second invoice after the completion of the project for the remaining half of the total amount.
14) How can I advertise on Headsetoptions?
