Honestly, I did not watch it, but from the blog reviews, it seem the two part mini-series was all BS and Right Wing Propaganda. Really, do we need more movies about 9/11, don’t we already have like eight of them! The blame game has begin, and we are still a good month and half away form the mid-term elections. Let’s face it, people don’t vote based on movies depicting 9/11, if they did, Fahrenheit 911 must have won John Kerry his presidency. I think people vote based on how stupid they are, so screw how Disney and ABC spins facts, truth is not necessarily everything you see in a made-for-TV movie.

We all heard about celebration in the Middle East after 9/11 2001, some TV channels even showed images of people on the street celebration which later turned out to be outdated clips of Palestinians celebration something all together different, but there is that possibility that some did revel and party as America mourned. So how is that relevant to Cuba?
Check this picture to the right, this is an image of Cuban exile in Miami, FL celebrating the news that Castro is ill, not dead, just ill. Goes to show how well respected the aging revolutionary leader is among his dissidents. Unfortunately the images are coming for America and do reflect poorly on our nation as a whole. The Cuban community down in Florida has portrayed behavior that is worse than that of al Qaeda following 911, shame on them.

Aside from the obvious “god willing, we are winning in Iraq, in Afghan… statements, Bin Laden seem to be drawing international attention by going on Radio/TV and warning countries not to bother Islamic conquests in the most poorest and war ravaged parts of the world.
Bin Laden only manages to accomplish the exact opposite of what he intends. Unless of course the guy in the tapes sent to the media is not Bin Laden, instead a smart humanitarian, who in the guise of al-Qaeda’s leader is compelling the rest of the world to stop and think about ongoing crisis.

Sever Americans were arrested and charged as conspired to blow up Chicago’s landmark Sears Towers. The details of the arrests and how this groups was infiltrated is unknown. The fact that these American were arrested at a time when G.W. Bush is taking heat for the domestic wiretapping controversy, just might get the Presidents approval rating up. Coincidence?
Apparently, the detained individuals were all part of a Radical Islamic group, and no connection to al-Qaeda has been established YET.Â

Today marked the day when US military causality in Iraq reached a landmark 2500. Sadly, people at the Capitol Hill were signing off on something all together irrelevant. This morning, President Bush signed the Mine Improvement and New Emergency Response (MINER) Act into law. While no way am I undermining the lives of miner, but such emphasis and attention from deaths of 33 miners this year seem awfully overrated when so many Americans are dying in Iraq. Miners are obviously more valuable than Marines, think about it, Marines fight wars, insurgents, enemies, and die doing it, end of story, while Miners bring to surface coal, which is as precious as OIL. Fighting for oil may be good, but obviously not as good as mining for coal.

Adrian MacNair lists the top 10Â ”Worst Internet Topics to Debate” in his blog the Unoriginal Gangster.com, here is my take on the very topics, in that very order.
10) Religion: As an agnostic, I doubt your argument on religion, it is not that we know god does not exist, we just doubt it, just like everything else.
9) Feminism: Women, I can argue, I just can’t win.
Abortion: Suit yourself, if abortion is killing, so is electrocuting serial rapists, get over it.
7) Same Sex Marriage: I don’t understand why they want to, but if they do, so be it, but don’t adopt kids for f***s sake.
6) Immigration: Often confused with illegal immigration. I am a proud, legal immigrant, and I think I deserve it more than anyone else (who were here when I got here). Don’t like it, too bad, move to Canada. Â
5) Iraq, only a Republican would not want to talk about Iraq, after all, why should they, they f***** it up for the rest to fix. What are they doing there now, still looking for WMDs?
4) Terrorism/911. Yeah, still hot in 2006, will be for a while, some baby boomers wish the communists were still around, at least we do not have to learn new words like ‘Jihad’ and ‘Haditha’.
3) Middle East & Israel, I do not have anything to say, except that “they can all kiss my a**”
Â
2) On “Racism”: Adrian says, “Especially when it’s pretty clear the white race is the most superior. “Superior” in what is the question? There are more white gays than other races, which makes them “superior suckers,” right?
1) Nazis. You’ll need more that just a great leader to lead the Aryan race, I suggest y’all get an albino monkey, I heard they are ruthless vegetarians and like hiding in bunkers.
Nothing personal Adrian, just thought it makes for a good post.

Three men held prisoners in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba hung themselves to death. Rear Admiral Harry Harris, the camp commander (read US spin doctor) said “They have no regard for life, either ours or their own. I believe this was not an act of desperation, but an act of asymmetrical warfare waged against us.â€? He continued, “They are smart. They are creative, they are committed”. Gee, this guy is a trip, I wonder what he’ll have to say about Marines killing innocent civilians in Iraq, “tactical error, unforeseen consequences of war, rookie mistakes.â€?

CNNs Soledad O’Brien interviewed Michael Berg, father of Nicholas Berg, an American who was allegedly executed on tape by Abu Musab al-Zarqawi. Here’s a portion of the interview (transcript), CNN very cleverly ended the show when Michael Berg did not express any excitement for the killing of Zarqawi but rather called for impeaching George Bush.
O’BRIEN: There’s a theory that a struggle for democracy, you know…
BERG: Democracy? Come on, you can’t really believe that that’s a democracy there when the people who are running the elections are holding guns. That’s not democracy.
O’BRIEN: There’s a theory that as they try to form some kind of government, that it’s going to be brutal, it’s going to be bloody, there’s going …
