We are not touching any code except to add a target=’_blank’ which essentially makes the windows pop. So I am not sure why the rest of the code would change. Remember the code is altered in the wp-includes/ comment-template.php file, not a theme file.

I follow the steps one by one, but then the comment author’s link strangely changed into post page. Did i miss something?
