Check this link Sunny, seems like they are using a function php to secretly place advertising on blogs that are using one of their themes, including some of yours.

Thanks, Viktor from Arcsin already contacted me about it and I have been trying to find a way to get in touch with templatebrowser to get our themes removed. It appears like they are also including a footer link to themselves, so really they have hacked the original theme to add their crap to it. Do you have any of your themes in that list? Any suggestions?

Well, contacted around ten of the other theme developers, if we, the theme authors stick together, some serious action can/shall be taken. And no, none of my themes, but not long ago I had some issues with a russian and US Themes site: after several mails from my lawyer and myself all my themes were taken off, so we CAN do something.

It’s sad to see people openly exploiting others work, I really wish all subscribers were more informed and avoided such sites. I will have to dig a little deeper to get to the bottom of this.
