Is it possible the video embed is adding a close div to the page making it break in IE? How are you embedding the video? I would try using a plugin like <a href="http://www.rossgerbasi.com/" title="wp extreme video" alt="wp extreme video" rel="nofollow">WP-Extreme Video</a> to add videos. @ angelo

All the pages without a video seem to be fine. Is it possible the video embed is adding a close div to the page making it break in IE? How are you embedding the video? I would try using a plugin like WP-Extreme Video to add videos.
