   The license of this theme is crap …

   The php files are distributed under the terms of the GPL, but the css files are distributed under a creative commons license which is incompatible to the GPL.

   And there are several invalid restrictions:

   “Selling is strictly prohibited. You are NOT allowed to sell/giveaway our theme(s) to 3rd parties.”

   The GPL and the Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License allow me to distribute and to sell your work.

   “You CANNOT include/bundle our theme(s) within your products or sell them without written permission from us.”

   Of course, I can … I have got a written permission (GPL / CC Attribution)

   “You CANNOT re-distribute our theme(s) without prior permission. You may modify the theme for personal use, however, our credits to all the designers in the footer should be left intact under Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License.”

   Hm… This “footer.php” file is licensed under the GPL… I am not allowed to remove your copyright information, but I am allowed to put this copyright information into php comments and noone will ever see it.

   Maybe you should use the Affero GPL v3 - or a Creative Commons license.

   I can license it however I want, it is up to you to decide if you want to use this theme or not.

   FYI, you are able to club licenses considering that the theme involves more than just one file or image. The choice is yours, either embrace it or forget about it and move on.

   @ Flavio Santana

   The advertisements are within index.php and sidebar.php. Replace the dummy ad which is usually right below a comment such as <!-- ADVERT -->
