I absolutely love this theme and would like to continue using it, since I have spent quite some time changing it for my needs. However, I am having a problem with the images. I would like to have the option to center and/or have a border/noborder situation, and have added CSS to that effect, however it will not work. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I am guessing we are talking about images in posts? If so, to remove the border, open style.css from your WP Admin or FTP and edit this line:

#left_side img {
float : left;
padding : 0 10px 5px 0;
}

To add border, use something like this:

#left_side img {
border: 1px solid #999;}

To center your images, you can either use the middle align option from WP WYSIWYG editor’s picture insert or use HTML align=”left” style. Hope it helps!

Another question. If you are on the “Home” page when using this theme, Home is encapsulated within a dark grey “block”. Whenever I navigate to another page, this block isnt displayed correcty/at all.

When looking at my site, check navigate some pages like : Albums - Archief - Andy Wie? - etc etc

You can fix it, but require these two changes in your template:

1. Open header.php (or Header)
Find this -

Replace with -

<li class=”<?php if ( is_home() or is_archive() or is_single() or is_paged() or is_search() or (function_exists(’is_tag’) and is_tag()) ) { ?>current_page_item<?php } else { ?>page_item<?php } ?>”><a href=”<?php echo get_settings(’home’); ?>”>Home</a></li>

2. Open style.css (or Stylesheet)
Find this -

#menu li a.current {
background : #616161 url(images/trcorner.gif) no-repeat top right;
color : #fff;
}

Replace with -

#menu ul li.current_page_item a, #menu ul li.current_page_item a:hover {
background : #616161 url(images/trcorner.gif) no-repeat top right;
color : #fff;
}

That should do it!

The change in the css almost works completely. Now the only tab which doesnt work is the “Home” hehe. The change in the header doesnt work correctly, I havent figured out where the fault lies…

If I replace the line in the header, my “Home” doesnt point out to http://www.ducked.nl, but instead points to http://www.ducked.nl/albums/“”

We’re almost there, but Im stuck atm. Your help is much appreciated!

Change the link for home again and tell me if the issue persists, I am sure that code is correct and as you can tell from looking at it, the link points to home. Maye be you can follow the link with a trailing forward slash like below.

It works now, but you’re not gonna believe it how I managed to fix it…

The following chars are the cause of the problems:
” & ‘

I copied the code from your site & pasted it into the editor in the Wordpress Dashboard. It somehow altered the chars or so, because ” looked the same but italic…I replaced the “faulty” ” & ‘ with correct ones, now it works.

Your code was already correct the first time! Thx a lot for the help !

It’s really lovely, and I’m adapting it for my own use. One problem I have spotted though - the footer doesn’t show up in Opera for the Mac.

Some of the same issues as with UltraMinima: the widgets aren’t working, and in the shift from UltraMinima neither is trhe blogroll. Any suggestions?

Is there anything special I need to do to activate the widgets on my server?

The UltraMinima theme has built in drag and drop feature for widgets, however, for Greenway 3C you will need to activate the attached Sidebar Widget plugin. Hope that helps.

I already started using your theme & absolutely love it (check out my site ). I only have a problem when using smileys…

The always appear on a new line rather than inline. What needs to be done to correct this?

I believe the left side content images have bottom padding of 5px:

#left_side img {
float : left;
padding : 0 10px 5px 0;
}

The only images with block styling are the flickr imager (that are within a div id=”flickr”).

I just checked your site and it looks fine!

Try reducing the width of the image you have used, it tends to break things up in IE.
