A good point well made my friend. There was also the terrorist attack on the Spanish rail network.

Yes, all of us at Spain live in a perpetual "fiesta". That's how we've become the 8th world power. Nothing to do with hard work...

Regarding your frivolously connecting this news with our attitude on the “War on Terror, I must say you've chosen the worst possible comparison: we have been suffering and fighting terrorism for more than 45 years, while most of the other countries seem to be aware of the problem only from Sept 11, 2001 (not even 6 years ago).

You'll agree that along that period (between snort and snort) our Security Forces are most likely to be considered amongst the best prepared on the matter in the whole World (in fact THEY ARE, you agree or not). We were even winning the battle against terrorist group ETA (at least until our present Government has started to make concessions to the killers, ruining years of toughly achieved advances, but that's another story).

We cannot say the same of Mr. Bush, who can claim the title of main promoter of the present spread of terrorism worldwide, because, trying to take advantage of the WTC attacks (and the emotional shock they had provoked) he started -in the alleged name of freedom- a series of wars which real target was to take control of strategic areas, but he disguised as fair by wielding accusations now proven as false.

This clumsy policy has resulted in the raising anger of the Islamic world (which, to a certain degree, I understand, because they feel tyrannized and nobody tells them why they shouldn't). Of course, imams and other Muslim authorities have their wicked part in this, but, again, that's another story.

Anyway, my friend, all the above is about petrol, not cocaine...
