14 year old sues MySpace
If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to our RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!
The allegation is that MySpace does not verify the age of its users and calls measures in place to stop “grizly old geezers grooming sweet young thingsâ€? as “utterly ineffective.” The suit alleges MySpace fails in its duty to protect minors.
Minors or otherwise, here’s why people like this 14 year old dimwit baffles me:
- You are on MySpaceÂ
- You lie about your age while signing up for a shitty service
- You go around posting information that reveals your personal information
- You network with strangers who pretend to be interested in you for your Java skills (read playing a top 40 song when your page opens)
- You actually go out and meet one of them, watch a movie, eat and …
then turn around and sue MySpace for being irresponsible? How convenient.
