abuA U.S. Military Army dog handler was convicted of tormenting Iraqi detainees at Abu Ghraib prison, Smith, 24 was accused of using his Belgian shepherd dog to threaten prisoners in January 2004 at the Baghdad jail which earned worldwide notoriety because of previous abuse cases involving US soldiers.
