Timor, the first independent nation of the 21st century, is in turmoil yet again. Indonesian occupation for the last quarter century has left the country divided and former soldiers clashed with police resulted in a mass exodus, an estimated 75 percent of the residence of Dili have left the capital. And just in case you are wondering where Timor is, it’s East of East and West of West and nowhere to go.
