I was tailgated by a minivan with a handicapped sticker and license plate! Yep, I did nothing but happen to be the one ahead of him/her. I know he/she has less to lose than me (I am not handicapped!!), but by looking at his/her driving skills, I personally believe that he/she might have gotten the handicapped sticker and license plate in the first place courtesy of road rage.
