Vatican says Roll Up

The Vatican says abstinence is the best way to tackle HIV/Aids, but, for all practical purpose, simply roll up. Apparently, the idea stemmed from Pope Benedict XVI himself, who asked for a study on particular aspect of using a condom by those afflicted with Aids, and other infectious diseases. In a press release late yesterday, the Vatican said, “while it provides for people with illness the opportunity to fornicate, it may also helps those who have pledged a life of celibacy�. When asked for a less cryptic explanation of their reasoning, a spokesmen to the Vatican said  “it was getting increasingly difficult for Catholic priests to get away from law suits without using condoms to cover up evidence, this (relaxation of the law) should get the load off of them�.
