Canadian tribe members are forcefully evicted from their land to pave way for a road. The land, which the tribe inhabited for many years is claimed by the Canadian government and has restored to violent means to force out the indigenous people.

In a statement earlier today, a government official called the tribes habitat an “occupation�, the tribe leader defending by saying (rather surprisingly) that they were in Canada before the Europeans raided, massacred and occupied their land. It was later found that the government official quoted here flunked History 101 in high school and was employed only because he was white.
