Should anyone who knowingly kills be granted clemency? If so, would it be is correct to assume that death penalties apply only to those who cannot write a children’s look? Clemency is a political mockery of the social-justice system. Give back to the families of those murdered by Tookie (and his Crips) their loved ones before letting Tookie off the hook.
