According to the Social Security Administration, I shall retire no earlier than age 70 to obtain full benefit, if I plan earlier retirement (say 67!!!), I shall not qualify for full benefit until age 78.5, this is my calculated break-even-age according to SSA. Interestingly, based on SSA?s Period Life Table I am only expected to live until age 76.84.
Are we screwed or what?
