Americans are now waking up to the reality that the ultimate ‘master of the domain’ is their elected governments! Your home is yours only as long as the land it sits on is deemed ‘financially unfavorable’ by the elected government. Clearly, it is a constitutional obstruction of individual rights to favor state interests, but if history is any indication- America was created by exploiting native Indian land, now everyone gets a taste of the bitter medicine.
